Alpi Retiche "Novella"

The IGT Alpi Retiche “La Novella” was also born, like Rezio, thanks to the of observation and research by our oenologist Stefano Nera, who wanted to experiment with the cultivation, in our vineyards in Valtellina, of some non-native white and red grape varieties, such as Nebbiolo "Chiavennasca".

Because it is a unique wine in itself, which demonstrates the great versatility of Nebbiolo "Chiavennasca", a vine that lends itself precisely to being vinified in white as well. "La Novella" is a perfect wine for your aperitif in company, but it can easily be combined with lightly aged cheeses, white meats, fish in general and shellfish.
