Stefano Nera, the estate’s agricultural technician and winemaker, is a man of substance: few frills, plenty of substance.
He has always "breathed" the air of the vineyard and the cellar, having been actively involved in the management of the family vineyards since he was a young secondary school student, thus learning with care and passion the basic principles of what would become his profession.
He obtained his agricultural technician diploma from the school in Castelfranco Veneto (TV), subsequently attending the "G.B. Cerletti" School of Oenology in Conegliano Veneto, from which he graduated in 1984 with the title of oenologist.
In addition to supervising and personally tending the family vineyards, he oversees all cellar operations, from winemaking to bottling.
