The bond between the Nera family and the Valtellina region has always been very close over the years, developing in particular with the arrival of Pietro Nera, who, during his long management of the winery, strengthened ties with many local winegrowers – who are, in fact, the very heart of the region itself.
It is thanks to their meticulous, day-to-day work in the vineyards that the splendid terraced landscape of Valtellina is enhanced and, at the same time, preserved over the years.
Through its own vineyards and collaborations with local winegrowers, Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera is thus able to offer wine enthusiasts wines made from "Chiavennasca" Nebbiolo grapes sourced from all the most renowned production areas in the Valtellina region.
