VINEYARD: OPTIMAL POSITION BETWEEN 350 AND 450 M. ABOVE SEA LEVEL

SOIL: POROUS SANDY STRATUM, PERMEABLE TO WATER, SLIGHTLY HUMUS, MODERATELY DEEP, ABUNDANT MINERALS.

WINE PROCEDURE: PROCESSED BY SUBMERGED ‘HOOD’ WITH MACERATION ON SKINS FOR ABOUT 8 DAYS.

AGING: FOR DISCIPLINARY CONTROL OF THE PRODUCT, WITH THE AIM TO REFINE ITS MERITS IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY, IT MUST AGE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS, ONE OF WHICH IN WOODEN BARRELS. PRESERVED IN GOOD CELLARS IT HAS A LONG LIFE AND CAN BE REFINED FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: BRIGHT RUBY RED COLOUR, VINOUS AND AGREEABLE WITH A CHARACTERISTIC HINT OF STRAWBERRY.
