Rossola (sin. Rossola nera)
Original variety, a participant together
with other grapes in the production of the
classic Valtellina wines at a percentage
varying between 5 to 10%, according to the
type of areas of the Grape, characterised by
an elevated rusticity in that it presents an
optimal resistance to cold Springs. It is
vigorous and very fertile, with grapes
characterised by elevated acidity. Sensitive
to botyris rot and oidium. Average weight of
bunch 200/220 g.
